Hi! My name is Kelsey, I'm the new owner and resident artist of Dagger Cosmetic Tattoo. I have had extensive 1 on 1 training for several months before becoming qualified- you're in good hands! space..

Never thought I would be one to get my eyebrows tattooed but after following Dagger on Instagram and seeing the results from Kelsey I wish I got them sooner! Such a cool space she has created with friendly service I will be back!!
